Sometimes you just need to get lost in a sea of content. You've heard of doom scrolling, but what if it wasn't always a bad thing? Sometimes you just need something, anything, to distract you from what's going on in your life at any particular moment. It's called dissociation, honey, and we've been doing it for centuries. You do have to be careful about that kind of self-care because it isn't really self-care at all, but it is a necessary part of coping with being a human being. We're going to need some heavy-duty distraction every now and again. 

So if you're gonna do it, you might as well do it well. If you're gonna lose yourself in a bunch of tweets, you better make sure that they are good ones. That they are worth your time and attention. This is exactly what we aim to do with this list of tweets every week.
