35-year-old sister cuts ties with younger brother, then returns 10 years later for a chunk of his inheritance: 'I told her outright that I wasn't interested in sharing my inheritance'

Imagine getting cut off by your older sister at 18 years old, only for her to come back into your life a decade later needing your help.

That's a big ask for someone whom you abandoned years ago, but I guess this 35-year-old lady has some kind of audacity. 

She decided to cut the author off just after the untimely loss of their parents because he "wasn't mature enough." Clearly, she didn't want to deal with the responsibility of looking after him when he needed her help the most. Now, the tables are turned, and she expects him to give her a chunk of the inheritance he received from his maternal grandparents.

Yes, even with their age difference and her seemingly superior maturity level, the 35-year-old is in need of the 28-year-old's help financially. She attempted to smooth-talk her way into this inheritance by making it seem like she wanted to repair their relationship, but the cracks were showing pretty much immediately.

Even with the distance between them, this author knew his sister well. He wasn't going to fall for any of this nonsense!
