‘This vet also said she isn’t as young as we thought - she reckons she’s about 9/10 months old but is just a teeny tiny cat.’: Couple’s rescue of a pregnant stray leads to a full house of felines, as they adopt the mother, and one of her adorable kittens

Cat rescues are amongst the most varied that there is. Sometimes a rescue can entail spending hours if not days attempting to coax a cat out of its shell so that it can be saved. While other times, like in this story, the saving can be done as simply as picking the cat up and cuddling it to your chest all the way home.

Which is exactly what happened when our heroic feline rescuer found a pregnant stray sitting in their local pub. And by the good grace of the Cat Distribution System this expecting cat mom was paired up with a seasoned cat pawrent who knew just what to do in order to help her and did so diligently and post-haste. Yet another wonderfully successful intervention of the CDS and a match that turly could not be achieve by any other creature on this planet. A truly wholesome and heartwarming thing to happen.

  • Well, that sure is quite the sad start to the story. It is simply criminal that a pawrent who took on responsibility for a cat child would throw them out into the cold of the street just because they had gotten pregnant. Which after all is a direct result of the pawrent not being responsible.

  • Wow, this is one hella committed cat pawrent right here. Which makes it a lot less surprising that they felt it was their duty to care for this catto them randomly met. And also a heck of a lot more heartwarming, knowing that this pregnant feline would be getting the best care possible.
