Black cats have a bad reputation for being an omen or a curse upon the lands, but as black cat lovers would notice, most of the time, black cats are completely invisible little minions who scurry around the house, stick to the shadows, and occasionally meow for a warm glass of milk. Deterred only by loud n' spooky sounds, black cats are semi-fearless creatures, lurking in between the couch cushions and waiting to catch their hooman's unawares with an ankle bite or a scampering skedaddle. For when a feline feels invisible, as often black cats are, they are empowered and emboldened to commit mischief, achieving all the catly things they were meant to do.
Does that make them cursed? No, it just makes them a suPURRior version of the cat they were always destined to be.
