‘She is safe!! Her name is now Diamond and we have her inside our home!!’: A stranded cat who was abandoned on a third story ledge rescued by cat loving neighbor who fought police and fire rescue to ensure the safety of the sweet cat child

In most cases when we come across a cat rescue story, the action takes place outside, usually by a some sort of a garbage receptacle. However, the story we have lined up for you today is one the flips this usual script on it head and truly makes you question just how heartless hoomankind can be. For today, we tell the story of the abandoned catto who was left behind after his pawrents moved apartments. Leaving the crushed cat child only an open window and a third story ledge from which to cry out for help. Luckily the next door neighbor happened to be a cat lover and when they caught wind of the sad situation happening next door to them they sprung into action.

However, even after bringing in emergency services to help, nothing could be done to save the kitty, not for lack of ability, but likely for lack of want. Leaving our brave rescuer to stand up and take control of the situation themselves. And thank goodness they did, for if not we would not be celebrating their happy ending.
