Honking cues the neighbor to stroll out like she's being summoned from a spa appointment, then grabs the chance to remind everyone how little she believes in private property lines. Announcing a tow truck threat sends her rants about community values into overdrive, painting anyone with boundaries as uptight for not wanting to share hard-won parking with a stranger's family fleet.
