Client demands bank manager after teller claims she can't withdraw more money due to daily limit, waits hours to be told the same thing by manager: ‘I can't help you’

Picture this: you need to withdraw a large sum of cash, so you go to your bank's ATM to make it happen. Except, the ATM only allows you to take out half of the sum, and refuses to give you any more of your own money.

This brings you to the actual bank, where you wait in line to talk to a bank teller who basically tells you that you have reached your daily limit of cash withdrawal, and you have to either pay a fee or wait until tomorrow. Then, despite being told it is the bank's policy and there's not much you can do about it, you demand to talk to another, more experienced employee, one who will not annoy you as the teller in front of you.

So you wait even more, get to a different teller, who knows even less than the one you talked to before. They also inform you that you can't get all the money you need today. Will you finally accept their answer? 

Well, no, because then you demand to talk to a manager, which leads you to another annoying wait until a manager finds their way to you.
