Now that we're safely in the second half of the week, we can say that we really need a pick-me-up to get us to the weekend without quitting our jobs, moving to the forest, and becoming a hermit for the rest of our lives. A tiny, sweet treat, if you will. It doesn't have to be something we eat; in fact, we prefer that it isn't digestible, as we're literally still rolling from all the Thanksgiving pies. But you get our desire right - to just pack up, leave everything behind, and live off the land? Make our lives a little more liberated and a little less corporate?

Well, as ideal as that sounds, we have next to zero survival skills, so we'll choose our treat of wholesome animals and free-range floofs in the form of human funnies. They're good for the soul, your mood, and they're just funny enough to keep you entertained without causing a scene in the office. You'll find a van full of deer inviting you in for the fuzziest nap you've ever had, a raccoon who really loves you, and, among other things, a seagull who is very proud of fitting a whole starfish in its mouth.

By the time you finish this hearty scroll, you'll be at least three minutes closer to the weekend…. but who's counting?

You may not know this, but cows make great pets. They're basically like huge puppies. Our friend lived on a farm and had a pet cow growing up. She would play fetch, get the zoomies, and even run to him for pets when he called her. It was the cutest thing ever!

We firmly believe in older dogs still getting the opportunities to experience life. A lot of people take the easy route and just keep them home, let them rest, but what about doing something that excites them, that makes them feel young again? Just because they're old doesn't mean they don't want to live. Sure, it takes a bit more work, but it's totally worth it!
