Epicute: Fancied Up Twice Baked Potatos

Bite sized snacks are indisputably the best snacks, I'm sure we can agree. When said bite is also a potato, which again I'm sure we can agree is one of the most perfect foods on the planet, stuffed with butter and sour cream no less, well I'd say the ball has been knocked clear out of the park. Basically what I'm saying is, I'm gonna count to three, and if there isn't a potato bite in my mouth when I'm done, someone's going to pay.
