After Donald Trump hinted all month that he was planning a game-changing announcement, his Wednesday offer of $5 million for President Obama to reveal his college transcripts and passport application was super lame.

The election's real October Surprise came later, when Stephen Colbert offered $1 million to a charity of Trump's choice if "you let me dip my balls in your mouth."
