'I feel a little crazy for saying it, but I feel like Ninja sent him to me'

Many years ago, my sister brought in a feral cat and named her Ninja. My sister left for college soon after, and Ninja became mine. She adopted me as her person, not the other way

around. She would cry out for me whenever she heard my voice. because all she wanted to do was sit in my lap and make biscuits. Fast forward 5 years to when I'm in college and my parents had to watch her for a year while I lived

in the dorms. Long story short, they lost her and it shattered my heart. I always hoped she was picked up by a loving stranger and taken to the world's best biscuit factory where she could just make biscuits and get loved on all day every day.

Fast forward another 8 years and I met T.K. He was living in the dumpster at my apartment complex (giving him the name Trash Kitty) and over a few slow months of me feeding him, he finally let me pet him. I brought

like this is her way of saying she made it to that great biscuit factory and in return for all the years I loved on her, she sent T.K. my way so he could love on me. I still miss my sweet Ninja, but somehow this feels like her saying thank you and that it all worked out for her.

BirthdaySalt2112 The Cat Distribution System at work. When we lose a beloved pet, I firmly believe many go straight to the CDS after completing orientation at Rainbow Bridge. Sometimes it takes awhile for the right candidate to be discovered and sometimes it

seems to happen way too quickly. Either way, our dear ones don't want us to be alone. They know the love we were capable of and they make sure another cat gets to experience that love.

Our cat, Louie, was a loving boy but not too bright. He left us Christmas night 2023. By August 2024 we had new pets to love on. I think Louie got a little confused. He sent us two Australian Shepards who were in need of rescue. We scratched our heads for a bit but came to understand that our cats send us those who need us, even if they themselves aren't cats.

inittowinit87 You're not crazy. I've heard from many people this same theory, that their lost kitties send them new cats to love who fit into their lives perfectly.

I was driving home a few years ago from the vet after putting down my soul cat (she had cancer), and almost hit a tiny kitten that ran out in front of me. I went back with a trap later because I couldn't stop thinking about him. So I kidnapped him, took him away from his family, and forced him to love me | like to think she sent him to me.

narcissistssuck I lost my kitty Heather---old age and illness. Two days later, we were visiting a kitten at the shelter, and she put her arm around my belly exactly how Heather would. I started crying of course. Sophie has been with us for two years now, and she has me wrapped around her little paws.

I am convinced Heather was whispering in her ear, "Hey, do this and you'll be ridiculously spoiled forever.". She wasn't wrong!
