We go about our lives clocking in and out of work every day, going home, doing some good ol' fashioned brain rotting scrolling on our phones, and sometimes it can be so easy to omit thoughts surrounding others. If we're single, then it can be a lot to come home to a pet after a long day and feel like you have the energy to take care of them. If you're in a relationship then it may be that you're too engrossed in each other to really contribute to your pet. It's easy to take for granted that your pet is out there working hard too, and deserves your attention, deserves rest, and definitely deserves a treat.

Yes, every day, these pups clock in without complaint, put their whole heart and soul into their work, and somehow still find time to wag their tails, greet you like they've never seen you before, and give you their honest attention. These hard-working good boys have earned more than just praise — they've earned a treat (or three). It's just too cute for this dog to want to take up work just to be around his owner! Now that's devotion. Imagine volunteering at a job just to be around someone. Dog's really are man's best friend.

Dogs really are man's best friend. When you're down on your luck, when you are feeling all the feels, your dog is always there to catch your fall. Sometimes it seems as though dogs can feel things other humans can't. Even if it's your husband, sometimes you come home and feign happiness and content, but your dog will see through you immediately. There's no telling where their instincts lie, but all we know is that it's important to represent them accurately, and give them the appreciation they deserve.
