Guy becomes HOA president to "dismantle it from the inside" despite entitled board member's failed attempts to stop him

This absolute legend managed to get elected to become the president of his HOA by the entire board despite having several ongoing citations to his name.

Now, he and his wife did not collectively decide to run for the board out of nowhere. They felt that these violations were unnecessary, and they knew other residents in the neighborhood felt similarly about the association and its purpose. Let's just say that this purpose did not seem to be to protect and maintain decorum and safety in the neighborhood. Rather, it was all about enforcing bogus rules to collect money.

The fact that this man had the determination to become the leader of this board with the intent of dismantling the entire organization the entire time says something about his tenacity. It also says something about the incompetence of the current makeup of the board. This outsider with hundreds of dollars' worth in citations managed to easily get elected, while the current board members were unable to come up with a more compelling candidate. 

Sure, we get that many residents in the neighborhood were already looking to see some change in leadership there, but one has to wonder how these fools ran this unethical HOA for so long before this guy came around to take them down with such ease. That ease in and of itself signifies to us that this group really does deserve to lose their false sense of authority. They can't even enforce their own silly rules and regulations!
