Neighbors fight over reserved room in town library, librarian has to intervene to establish decorum: 'Apparently, rules are flexible when they inconvenience entitled people'

• It's always something to see how grown adults argue in public spaces. We often see something like this in restaurants or in traffic. But imagine seeing these two next-door neighbors absolutely lose it at one another over a small private room in a library? It could not have been a pretty sight, and yet, it was probably wildly entertaining to witness as a third-party viewer.

  Still, one has to extend one's sympathies to two individuals in this story. The first is the author's wife, who just wanted to get on a call with her primary care physician. We hope she didn't miss the appointment because of this nonsense. The second is the librarian, who had to intervene like she was some kindergarten teacher.
