When you want to rinse your sinuses with a neti pot, if you run out of distilled water to add the powder mix to, no matter how similar they look, do not substitute vodka for the water. It cleans out the sinus, yes, but it is violently unpleasant, and it's unpleasant for about a half an hour. #LFMF
