Usually, you'd think that a chipped cat would be returned to its family after being found out in the world. But as you'll come to find in this story some families do not want their precious fur babies back and so someone else has to step in to give them a home.

Thankfully that someone else was the person who rescued the cat in the first place, meaning that this cat child wound up in familiar and safe hands. But in the tons of other cases in which families abandon cats or cause them to run away, the poor cattos are usually left to try their luck at their local shelters, if they do not get put to sleep that is.

So it is indeed extra heartwarming that in this case we have a cat who gets given a home that most other felines could only dream off, complete with its own feline sibling who is no drama to get along with. Heck this home sounds so sweet, cozy and comfy that we would not mind taking on cat duties and filling his spot if he shall ever relinquish it, darn lucky cat is all we can say.

  • And that, ladies and gentlemen, is one of the purest forms of Cat Distribution System entrapment there is. They know all your movements and will use them to accost you at your most vulnerable time using your more vulnerable weaknesses. Leaving you unable to say no to the kitten that has been brought forth for you. At best you will be able to try and pawn the cat off on your local SPCA, but sooner or later you will be back to adopt them as your own. So if you do find this happening to you, just know that it is best to give in and let it happen.

  • A dog? Is this some kind of trick? What kind of sick person would chip a cat (a questionable act in itself), only to put the type of species as canine?! We can only hope that the cat in question did not hear about this, he would have caused a riot more destructive and demeaning than any other that the vet office had seen before. But jokes aside, it is so wonderfully lucky that organizations such as the SPCA exist and that they are able to help all the lost and abandoned kitties of the world. Even if they would end up only wasting time trying to reunite this catto with its original family.
