There's nothing like a good walk. It's the cure to most of my problems, turns out. If I'm feeling any type of way, I know I can just go on a quick trot through my neighborhood, and I'll end up with a clearer head. It's a reliable trick. A little music, a little saunter, and I'm off to the races. A walk with a friend? One of life's greatest pleasures. A walk with oneself? Just as good. A walk accompanied by an interesting podcast or a compelling playlist? Sign me up, pal. The thing about winter is that these walks are often marred by cold, ice, and snow. I can't exactly speed walk through my neighborhood at the velocity I previously could, for fear of slipping on ice and ending up with a broken tailbone. This is why we need alternate forms of walking. 

Maybe you can take a walk through the internet. Isn't that another way to say scroll? What if the internet were just a forest full of wonderful things that we could make our way through at our own leisure? Why don't we think about it that way? Why must we think of it as a big, scary place when we can really cut it down to size and see it as anything we'd like to see it? Aren't we in charge of our own internet usage after all? Let's have fun with it!
