Honestly, this is exactly what we want to see! Especially on first dates. Everyone has their limits, everyone has the things that fit them and do not, and so often nowadays, we see people overlooking those limits and going out with people who they are not compatible with despite knowing that they are indeed not compatible. They don't know how much heartache they saved themselves by ending things this early. Because if they didn't, they would have ended up becoming yet another story on the internet of people who broke up after years of dating because of incompatibilities they knew about since the first date. Big yes. More of this.

We agree that people can change. And sometimes, they really do. Sometimes, cats win them over. We would like to think that it happens more often than not, because cats are just that cute and purrsuasive. But change is not something that you can count on, and if you know, from the get-go, that this is something that matters to you, then you should not invest months, let alone years, of your time, attempting to change someone who might never get there. There are plenty of people out there who love cats and would be happy with them right from the beginning, and although we know that it is hard to for these people sometimes, it is what you should be doing instead of settling.
