The warehouse manager in the story below loves to blame his employees for things they did not do, especially when it comes to the stock. This warehouse was not strong with its attention to detail, so when things went wrong, there was no way of knowing who was responsible. The manager had no problem pinning it on an employee who was not at fault, and there was nothing the employees could do to prove otherwise.
At some point, seemingly as punishment, the manager decided to task one of the employees with documenting everything that they do in the warehouse. The manager saw it was a burden, extra work for this employee, but the employee saw it as an opportunity to pay close attention to everything that happens, and finally prove that the manager is wrongfully blaming employees. And it wasn't long after the employee started documenting everything in a notebook that this exact opportunity presented itself…

When the next incident of stock discrepancy arose, the manager again tried to blame his team, even though it was not their fault. However, this time, one employee had the exact documentation to prove who was responsible, and let us assure you, the manager was not happy about it.
What started as a punishment for the employee ended up as a punishment for the manager, and we could not be happier to read all about it.
