What would you do in this situation? People get very protective of their animals, so it really wouldn't surprise me if this couple broke up. Having a dog is sort of like having a kid. It's something you have to work around and deal with when you enter a relationship. I have a cat, which could still be an issue if someone else has a cat or dog, or if they're allergic. Thankfully, my boyfriend isn't allergic, so it's fine for us. But for the couple here, I don't have high hopes. Either she needs to relax about the dog's behavior and accept her and her boyfriend's lack of training, or he has to accept that he must train is dog if he wants a relationship with her.
