What is it about being an animal person and also being an introvert? The common consensus is that cat people are more introverted than pup people, but that's a load of bologna (coming from a cat purrson). If you're introverted, you're introverted. If you're not, you're not. Sure, there might be some anecdotal data to suggest otherwise, but all we care about are memes. Yeah, I know. You saw that coming.
In the winter, we all kind of hate the general public. We'd much rather be sitting at home with our Fidos, switching between channels and occasionally giving them a bite of our hooman food. I can dig it.

This isn't exclusive to dog people. I feel like every single pet owner, whether they own a dog, a cat, a lizard, a chinchilla, or anything else under the sun, is obsessed with their animal and makes it their entire personality. I mean, having an animal is one of the most exciting parts of my life. They wake me up in the morning, go to sleep with me at night, and we somehow supersede language barriers by having conversations in gibberish. I wonder if either of us actually knows what the other is saying…
Anyway. What kind of conversations do you have with your friends? Is it Fido-related? Or, are you biting your tongue until you can turn it into a canine-related conversation? Hey, no judgment. I will talk about my cat all darn day if my loved ones let me do so…
