That is a phrase we tell ourselves every single morning, just to get us ready to have a good day. Sometimes we think it a few seconds after we open our eyesin the morning, while other times we feel the need to actually speak these encouraging words to ourselves in the mirror. To be completely honest, we didn't come up with this routine by ourselves, and we used to start our day with a much grumpier outlook.
