There is a reason that we have such an affinity for giant dogs. It is the same reason that weighted blankets exist. When you feel that solid mound of love lying on your chest it is hard to feel anything else. Your attention, focus and state of mind become entirely wrapped up in the loving smush that you are involved in and all those worries and woes just fade away. Which is a wonderful thing to have in this wicked world. Sure you might have to pick up giant you know whats, but we think it would be worth the effort of going for walks with a shovel in hand…

You know you have a big dog on your hands when your smaller dog uses them as a pillow. As anyone who has slept in the same bed as a dog can tell you they do not like sharing their space at all. You will find yourself confined to a tiny corner of the bed while your pint sized pupper will have the majority of the mattress space to themselves as well as the covers. So for a dog to be as enormous as to fulfill that need for space is something pretty special.
