This 25-year-old landed a gig managing a series of low-income properties in a massive apartment complex. One day, she realized that the new tenant moving into one of those apartments was, you guessed it, her high school enemy. While she had hoped that this woman had matured and grown over the years, it turns out that she was just as entitled and difficult as she was in high school. However, this time, the person with more clout wasn't the entitled popular girl. It was her landlord.

We all would like to hope that old wounds heal over time, but it's important to remember that the landlord who shared this story is still just 25-years-old. It hasn't even been a full decade since she graduated high school, so those painful memories of being picked on relentlessly by this woman are probably still very visceral to her.
As such, it's hard not to empathize with her frustration, both at what happened in the past and at having to deal with her so many years later. However, this time, the landlord had the support of all the tenants in this apartment complex, who had grown to value their presence in this insular community. In other words, there would be strength in numbers if the landlord chose to enact some petty payback for all those years of unnecessary comments.
Well, it's safe to say that the landlord was happy to lean on the kindness of her other tenants for said revenge.

Several members of this online community applauded the landlord's machinations, but some expressed valid concern over how forgetting the elevator key would become a major headache for the actual movers tasked with carrying the tenant's furniture. They didn't exactly deserve to be on the receiving end of this plot! Keep scrolling below to see what these commenters had to say.
