It is actually crazy how common this is. It seems that there are unofficial designated areas where people just feel that it is ok to dump their pets and forget about them. Though we cannot imagine how you can do such a thing and not be riddled with guilt. After all, these are not wild animals and especially doggos, have little to no ability to care for themselves in the wild.
