Job candidate gets bizarre hiring text, calling them "entitled" and warning them not to share the message

This unhinged text message is just begging to be shared far and wide.

We all know it's a tough time to be a job candidate. You can literally apply for hundreds of jobs and get like, 2 emails back. That's because a lot of these companies aren't even hiring, they're just trying to look like they're successful enough, bringing in enough money, to hire new people. And clearly, that's just not true.

This company has a strategy that just has to be seen to be believed. Like… what is their end goal here? Can anyone shed light on this? Has anyone else had this happene to them?

Sometimes you apply for a job and you can just tell it's not a real job. And this one is… especially blatant with their messaging!
This person applied for a job, and then got a full message of instructions, which is never a great sign. Folks, if a company tells you that if you don't follow their socials, that you won't get the job, you were never getting that job to begin with.
This person did apply to what they thought was a real job, only to get the most ridiculous text in the world.

Wow! A lot to unpack here.
Presumably this text was meant for virality, but it doesn't encourage either negative or positive followings. Most people probably wouldn't follow this company in a positive way, expecting like, professionalism or whatever. It seems so illegitimate. And why would you follow an unprofessional company on IG? Just for funsies?
I don't know , I think their whole…everything… needs a redo. This message is a hot mess, this strategy is so beyond strange, and they can't possibly be getting any results this way.

The pre-defensiveness is quite glaring! It's like they've already done this a hundred times and it hasn't gone well 99 times. so instead of changing their strategy, they're preemptively getting defensive about what someone might say.
