Emotional Video of Woman Getting Reunited with Her Deceased Daughter's Lost Dog Is Going Viral on TikTok

TikTok user Alexis Ortiz aka @alexissortiz_ was going to work one day when she saw a dapper little pittie in a hoodie darting through cars on a busy street. So she did as any good citizen would do and invited the pup into her car to eat some Bojangles chicken with her. 

Part I

Her viewers were instantly wholeheartedly invested in this story, so Ortiz made sure to provide ample updates. The first task was to see if this sweet man was chipped, and he was! 

Part II

Everyone was on the edge of their seats to see if she could get a hold of the owners. It took several tries but eventually she got in contact with them and set up a pick up for the dog to go home.

In the meantime, she made sure to show how much fun this lost soon-to-be-home pup was having with her own pittie. She obviously instantly fell in love with this pup, like many of her viewers, but she knew the dog already had a loving home and he just simply got lost. 

Part IV

When she returned the lost pup to his mother, she found out a tragic story. Initially, the dog used to belong to the daughter of the now-owner, but she had since passed away. “She thanked me endlessly for keeping him safe and said she's had him for eight years,” Ortiz explains in the last video of the emotional rollercoaster. “He was her daughter's who passed away, so she was so scared to lose him too."

An emotional ending, but also beautiful and wholesome.
