You're already on their radar and they want you gone so they are building a case with documented incidents, no matter how trivial, so they can terminate you and be resolved of liability from you suing them for it being unjustified.   • Walloflvy This is one of the reasons I accept lower pay and lack of benefits to work at a small business. There's no clocking in/out for unpaid breaks. I just say I'm going to the bathroom/walking to the deli for a soda/gonna eat something real quick and do it without anyone caring.
