Who doesn't like their fancy tickled?

What an odd phrase. Odd but also delightful. We love to have our senses engaged as humans, except when we don't. Like being tickled. I don't know anyone who enjoys being tickled. If you do, then there might be something wrong with you. It's one of those frustrating situations where you might look like you're enjoying it because you're laughing and giggling, but really you're having a horrible time. You can't control what is happening across your face, which might lead people in the wrong direction. They keep going at it because you seem like you're loving it even when you're actually cursing their entire bloodlines. So why do we do it? Because we like to get under people's skin. We like to know that our actions have effects on other people. We like to get in there and make people squirm… that is if you're a certain type of person. If you're a normal person, then you get your kicks in other ways. Like enjoying memes. You love to scroll through a good list and have a chuckle amongst ourselves. It's a pretty cheap and easy way to tickle our fancy, and it doesn't come at the cost of anyone else. All you have to do is keep scrolling and giggle your way through the list. You never know when you're going to find a meme that changes everything for you and make you think of things in a new way. Or just make you exhale through your nose and inspire you to send it to a friend or a loved one. Memes are all about bringing people together, after all.
