  My younger sister, Taylor, met her now husband, Richard, four years ago while she was on vacation. She was going through a rough time because her ex was cheating on her, so she took the trip to reflect."

  Knew this woman once that had a Gofundme to help cover rent, diapers, and food for her toddler. Her ex had stopped paying his child support so she created the account to get her through the month.

  Literally two days after she met her goal (it was only like $500), she posted pictures of her new hairstyle and manicure.

  Needless to say, she got draggged in the comments, even by her own mother. She tried to justify it by saying things like, “it’s hard being a single mom” and “I deserve to have nice things too.” But everyone pointed out that they sent money to help buy her child the necessities and she used it to treat herself.

  Just because you're not obligated to help, doesn't mean your sister can't be called out for being out of touch with reality and expecting others to fund her baby mission when they can apply for loans themselves to get the funding.

  Your sister is being tacky. No reasonable person would donate to that. And seriously, I would be so upset if my daughter that age were involved with a man that age. And I’m sure my kids would be grossed out if my husband ever gotten involved with someone that age. It’s interesting that your sister’s husband cheated on her, and then she happily became the other woman to her new husband’s wife. She stabbed that woman in the back in the same way her husband stabbed her in the back. I wouldn’t even want anything to do with either one of them. Also, someone as old as he has has no business having a baby.

  BTW, your sister is a horrible person. Cheaters are scum and anyone who supports them, also supports cheating. Gross all around.

  her hubby can un-retire and start bringing extra money in to cover the expenses. I would never give money to people who do this.
