Guy moves into a new house and befriends the local stray cat, several days later she makes herself at home and gives birth to kittens in his guest room: 'She needed me...'

What would you do if a stray cat waltzed into your home and gave birth?

Recently, TikToker Elliot Norris moved into a new home. His life has been remodeling and traveling, because he loves to travel. However, soon after moving in, he befriended a local stray cat. He started feeding her, and she started showing up several times a day. Then, all of a sudden, after coming home from a two-day trip, she comes by, goes right into his home, and starts to give birth in his guest room. 

Why doesn't this sort of thing happen to me? I love cats and kittens! I would make a great kitten doula. I mean, I would have no idea what I'm doing, but I'm great at researching, and I know people I can call who can help. Excuse me Cat Distribution System, when is it MY turn??

The birth went swimmingly, the kittens are all healthy and growing beautifully, and their mama has now found her furever home with Norris.

  • It is so beautiful to have a creature trust you in general. But also to trust you to be the person who helps them during their pregnancy and birth? Now THAT is truly amazing. A testament to the great aura you give off. You don't even need to use your words to let a vulnerable living creature in need know that they can depend on you. And this cat knew what she was doing when she befriended Norris. She could detect his good vibes and knew he was the human to help her through her transition into motherhood.

  • What would you do if a stray just waltzed in and started giving birth in your home? An animal lover wouldn't even hesitate to say they would help as best as they could. And that is exactly what Norris did! Sure, it can be scary, anything can go wrong! And it's a big responsibility. But sometimes life throws you into some crazy experiences and you just have to hold on and enjoy the ride. Norris got to witness the miracle of birth with this cat and now he has healthy kittens and a mama cat that is his furbaby. Congrats to this beautiful and adorable new family!
