This guy sounds insane
via Atomic_Ash182Some people can't handle being told no! Even when they're in the wrong, they still just won't hear it. And uh… he clearly is wrong. He's the new guy here! He's the one who took it upon himself to alter someone else's property, and now he's paying the price for it.

Get all the money you're owed
via Signal-Confusion-976Especially if you're awarded treble damages, meaning the mean neighbor would have to pay not just for the trees, but triple the value of what they're worth. I think that's a great deterrent. He can't just say he paid to remove trees. He had to pay triple because he was so reckless with his actions.
