Outdoor cats truly are a paradox. On the one hand they are all about independence. They are their own animal, own being and if you dare try to tell them otherwise, well, you will feel their feline fury. However, at exactly the same time, the moment they decide they need you, they will be all over you like a rash. Take this fine feline glued to the screen door by his claws. He likely got in a fight and lost, having the victor chase him all the way home. But when home was not open to him, he had to resort to climbing the screen door. A genius move that must have been really useful when running from a cat that can jump higher than a door…
