• Healing doesn't look the same for everyone, and that's the part nobody really warns you about going in. Some people are grieving someone they lost and figuring out how to carry that weight without it flattening them completely. Others are two years into a breakup that still shows up uninvited on a random Tuesday afternoon. • Real healing has a much less curated vibe. It's the week where crying in the car becomes a daily commute activity. It's canceling plans guilt-free for the first time and not spiraling about it.
