Boss wants to know what I do on PTO?

Boss wants to know what I do on PTO? I've earned my PTO, but in order to take it, my boss wants me to tell her what I'm exactly doing on PTO because "she needs to know where I am". You either work someplace, or work on a team, where there's very little wiggle-room when it comes to having people 000 (and your boss has determined she's qualified to make the judgement call) OR your boss is toxic and you secretly need to start looking elsewhere.
redrosebeetle "Is this a policy?" JustMe39908 I see two potential strategies. Malicious compliance. Write up an incredibly detailed schedule. Like pages. Include every detail. 6:15-6:40 - took a massive dump. See how long your boss keeps up with it. Make up a story with you as the main character. Write about your exploits. Have fun with it
