In this post, a woman didn't know how to feel about the way that her boyfriend seemed to be interacting with one of his colleagues. She had seen some photos of him with his coworkers, and realized that he and another woman were wearing the same bracelet in these pictures.
She had further suspicions when many of his belongings turned purple, which she suspected to be the favorite color of this other woman. She couldn't decide whether she was thinking too hard or there was something going on behind the scenes that she wouldn't be happy about.

Is it normal if your boyfriend has matching bracelets with one of his female coworkers?
I saw their group picture and some other photos, and I noticed that only the two of them were wearing the same bracelet. The rest of their circle of friends didn't have matching bracelets—it's literally just the two of them. I don't know if I'm just overthinking it, but is that something suspicious?
Lately, I've also noticed that most of my boyfriend's things are purple now—his phone case, earphones, and other accessories. I have a feeling that purple is his female coworker's favorite color, but I'm not 100% sure.
What makes me overthink even more is that he gave me a purple gift, even though he knows my favorite color is pink.
Am I just reading too much into this, or would you also find it a little weird? I'd appreciate honest opinions.

The reality is that if you have a gut feeling that things aren't right with your partner, it is usually worth further investigation. It is always better to be clear about the truth.
