Just weeks after beloved dog crosses rainbow bridge, heartbroken pet pawrent happens to call out sick on the same day friendly stay uses her home to escape from the heat, they both learn to love again

A major breakthrough was hiding right behind the corner…she only needed to open her heart again to see it.

Life has a funny way of telling us everything will be okay. Just when we're down on our luck, only wanting to crawl into ourselves, fate tells us no. Sometimes it's better to put yourself out there over and over again that it is to close up. When we're open for love, the best things could happen. Learning to love again after heartbreak isn't easy, but just like the woman here in the post, we all have the capacity to heal ourselves with the help of love from others. This woman had been working on this stray for several months. She was abandoned in a bad situation and the original owner knows and is okay with the kitty finding a new home. Thank goodness she's fixed, so the woman doesn't have to worry about that. She puts out fresh water and food for her and two other boy kitties. They cats spend their time roaming the land because she has several acres to share and there are no predators. The woman's been trying to get the cat out of the heat recently. She's hyper aware of the cat's wellbeing after her dog tragically passed away on a whim.

To distract herself from the loss, she started volunteering. But one day she got sick and took the day off. It was on this particular day that the stray she's been trying to tempt comes into her home from the blazing heat outside. She gets some escape from the heat, she can be in the AC and lay against the cool tile floors. The blanket that was her late dog's was sitting on the couch and the cat went right up and snuggled herself into it. She used to be so broken that she refused to let her heart love again, but the universe and the cat distribution system had other plans. A wholesome and heartwarming story of how grief and loss so easily and naturally transform into love and kindness. It really does take immense emotional strength to make the decision to let ourselves love and be loved.
