Probably should be treading lightly in a therapist's waiting room

No matter how sarcastic you are feeling waiting a long time at your therapist's office, do NOT respond to a person apologizing profusely at the check-out desk by saying "You SHOULD be sorry!". It WILL turn out to be a horribly insecure bipolar patient, and you will soon be the one apologizing hysterically when they burst into tears in front of everyone in the office. #LFMF
