Spirit Animal Sunday is officially a tradition for me now, which means yes, we are doing this again, and no, none of these animals have gotten their lives together since last week either.

If anything, this batch is somehow more unhinged, more relatable, and more likely to make you put your phone down and whisper "okay but that's actually me" out loud to an empty room.

Last week we established that most of us are not lions or dragons, we're more of a "confused goat standing in the wrong field" energy, and this week's lineup is here to double down on that theory. There's an animal in here that looks like it just remembered an embarrassing thing it did in 2019. There's one that appears to be actively losing an argument with gravity. There's a creature so committed to doing nothing that it's basically achieved a form of enlightenment the rest of us can only dream about while scrolling our phones.
