3 week old kitten abandoned chooses hooman to be new pawrent by crying under bedroom window to wake them up: ‘I call it serendipity because of all the houses she could have wound up abandoned at, she wound up outside of mine.’

Sometimes a kitten comes into your life from under a trash can, other times they will just sit patiently outside your bedroom window singing the songs of their people, waiting for you to wake up, pick them up and start your new life together. At least that was the case for the cute kitten in this story.

It is not often that the Cat Distribution System carries out a clean delivery, oftentimes its felines are found in trash, alleyways or even lakes. But this delivery was as clean as can be, gently placed under the window of the hooman it has been assigned to and with enough patience and politeness to wait until his new cat mom would wake up. Something that he likely never did again a day in his life, because as we all know by now life = food for cats at 3 am. But nonetheless was a noble act which set a sweet tone for their relationship.

After getting the fluffy fuzz ball checked out at the vets these two began their life long love story, going through chewed charger cables, pawdorable baby pictures that were taken against kitty's will, and lots of sleepy cuddles. It is a life that even most cat pawrents are not lucky enough to truly know and experience, but it is their life and it is utterly heartwarming to hear about. So we leave you to read and enjoy.

This has to be one of the wildest build ups to finding and adopting a cat ever. Heck most of us feline pawrents could not even dream of a case where a cat would sit patiently outside our window calling for help. Most cat children would be considered a tad bit more direct and disrespectful of pawsonal space and sleep. But it is truly heartwarming to see that there is such a special feline out there, the one that all of us pawrents dream of each night as our cat children crash into expensive objects around the house while we cry ourselves to sleep.

Well, it is really hard to disagree with a name like that. Though there will be more than a few of you who are reading this that will be screaming at your screens as to why this woman should not just call her cat ‘The Cat Distribution System’ if she is going to name it after how she met her feline. But those of you that feel that way should forgive her, she must be unaware of all this and let’s face it serendipity is a much nicer name than CDS. erugh what a mouthful, could you imagine trying to say that while singing happy birthday…?
