It's stories like these that are precisely why I would never let my cat outside. I understand that cats who play outside get more exercise, they're in better health, and they have a better quality of life. But as a cat mom, I just can't risk it. I would be so worried and terrified to let my baby outside because I'm right on a road, and people drive pretty recklessly. He's really precious, and he doesn't know how to take care of himself. I know that he's fat and could be healthier outside, but it's not worth it to me.
