  • Entitled mother tries making my daughters let her go ahead of them at comic con for a photo op

This past weekend I was at a comic con that had a rare celebrity appearance and when tickets went on sale one of my daughters was able to get the tickets for
  • the photo ops, one for myself and my husband to do together then two more for herself and her siblings as the options were two
  • person photo op and four person photo op so my two sons did one together for the two person and my four daughters did the four
  • person. While we waited our turns a woman walks over to the line where my daughters are and with the woman she had her two daughters and her son. The
  • woman I overhear ask my daughters can they let the woman and her kids go before them since they're closest in line to get photo
  • op done. One of my daughters tell her there's no cutting in photo ops. The kids are then heard crying, "make the mean girls give up their spot mommy!"
  • This is a mother who clearly never said 'no' to her kids...

The woman then says to give up their spot or she'll get a staff to make them move. Before I can get a staff luckily one of them
  • overheard everything and went over. The woman claims my daughters cut in line and the staff tells her, "Nice try I saw you walk in just a few moments ago,
  • these four got here first. Get to the back of the line.” The woman reluctantly does as she's told and as the staff walks back to their spot I quickly say to them,
  • The only valid response to line cutters!

"Thank you for your help." The staff tells me, "If there's one thing I don't tolerate it's line cutters." In the end we all got the photo op
  • and have great additions to our comic con photo op collection.

  • greatflicks Good for your daughter for standing up and the staff for doing the right thing.
  • InfiniteScrollers POV: you tought your kids there no cutting in line and they actually listened. The entitled mom: this is unacceptable
  • Legitimate_Ear_3895 true justice would be the staff member kicking them out. teach them a real lesson about consequences.
  • JediLincoln 14 I bet those kids have never been told "no" in their lives.
