Physical touch is just like food, water, and shelter – it's something we all need to survive. Whether that physical comfort comes in the form of a man, woman, child, or pet is all up to you. Snuggling with your cat is nothing to be ashamed of. We all go through rough times that take it out of us. Breakups, money issues, family drama, or simply the taxing day-to-day of existing can wrap us in a ball of sadness at times. There's nothing better than curling up to a cat when you're feeling down, and why not add cat memes to function as a metaphoric hug and snuggle? There's something so comforting about curling up with your cat on a cold evening. 

You're cozy with kitty, blanket draped like a citadel around you, a warm mug of hot cocoa in hand. Not everyone loves cold weather, but everyone certainly loves cozy (don't argue it). It's something that stops us all from hating the cold, and it's sort of easy to hate. There are places where it gets so cold that cars won't even start. Winter can be long and taxing, difficult and uncomfortable. But having a tiny furry cat as company helps more than anything, and memes just add to it. 

The great thing about memes is that they capture our truest moments that we forget about. There could be a dormant feeling that's just edging to creep up to the surface, and we may not even know it's there until we're scrolling hilarious and wholesome cat memes. A night alone, in bed, under the covers, snuggling your cat and scrolling memes. There's really nothing as comforting. It's like watching your favorite movie over and over again, except it lasts about 5 seconds. There's an existential curiosity about cats that makes us ponder the universe.
