Sweet cat Captain goes missing for over a month, her pawrents hear meowing one day only to see her running up to them at full speed: 'She is getting extra food and love for the next few days'

Cats are naturally mischievous.

Sometimes there's nothing more precious to us than our pets. They give us so much love without even trying, and it's easy to take them for granted. Sometimes it takes a scare, a shake up like the one here in the story to come to terms with full appreciation for them. In the story here, a couple has a sweet girl, Captain. She goes missing one day and doesn't return. It's been over a month, and they've already grieved the loss of their angel. But then one day the husband hears meowing in the distance, only to see little Captain running at full speed towards him. In a miraculous shift, their sweet girl was home safe and sound. They are going to give her extra treats now that she's back. It must have been absolutely terrifying for the pawrents to think that their girl was gone. Having an outdoor cat runs the risk of them getting lost or hurt and not returning. But thankfully, that's not what happened in the story here. Here's to a story with a happy ending.

This cat is mischievous, and you can really tell she has no regrets about driving her pawrents into such worry. In typical cat form, she left and came back and only demanded more snacks. This is a cute story, and not every escape story has a happy ending.

Losing a cat to the dangers of the world around you is terrifying. I don't think I'd recover if I thought my kitty had left me forever and then returned. I would want to take him everywhere. And actually, I just bought a new cat carrier than makes it much easier to carry him, and I've been thinking about taking him everywhere! I want to slowly transition him to be able to enjoy himself outside, but always with the safety of a leash and harness, and in the story here, the cat was free reign. It's obviously more enjoyable for them to have this kind of freedom, but in the end it's just not worth the worry and fear for me. My cat really is one of the most precious things to me.
