This Meowjestic Maine Coon Kitten Looks Exactly Like a Fluffy Ron Perlman

Don't judge a cat by her appearance. Although Nova may look like a grumpy mixture between a Maine coon and Ron Perlman, she's actually a sweet little snuggle-bug with a heart of gold.

We've all seen cats who look purrmanently offended by the world. You know the type: you walk into the room, make eye contact with them, and immediately feel like apologizing for even breathing. Your very existence is an annoyance to them. They're grumpy cats, and they might be my favorite kind of cat ever.

Nova has that same kind of face.

This meowjestic Maine coon kitten has the kind of intense stare, strong facial feline facial features, and fluffy mane that made us look at her and go, "Hold on a minute… is that Ron Perlman??" And now that we have seen it, we cannot unsee it. She looks like she is about to star in a gritty detective drama, complaining about Millennials ruining something, then demanding that her pawrent open her a can of tuna to take the edge off of a ruff day. But, appearances can be deceiving.

Behind the extremely serious little face is apparently a certified snuggle-bug. Her hooman even describes her as "the most affectionate cat I've ever owned." LOL - you don't own a cat, but okay (and Nova certainly owns everything, just look at her). She may look like she has spent several decades working a physically demanding job and has opinions about your retirement plan, but in reality, she is just a giant fluffy baby who wants love, attention, and probably the warmest spot on the couch.

Nova is our furvorite kind of cat - the one that looks like they would throw you out of a bar for shenaniganry but actually melt into a puddle the second their hooman scratches behind their ears.
As a Millennial, I understand. I also look tired, vaguely annoyed, and emotionally unavailable until someone offers me a snack. So don't let Nova's distinguished face fool you, this tiny Ron Purrlman is all fluff, cuddles, and heart underneath.

I'm convinced that if Nova had opposable thumbs, she would rule more than just their house. That cat has the face of a model, and if they could also have the dexterity of a hooman, the world would be her tuna can to open. She has pretty privilege, and we would fall for it without a second thought.
