I have never had the displeasure of being interviewed by an AI job interviewer, but I imagine it would feel as unpleasant as the group interviews I did during the last semester of my senior year in college. It makes you feel like you're just another number in a huge pool of candidates, and although that might be true, I don't think it paints a good picture of the company. If a human being doesn't even have time to personally interview me, then what's it going to be like when I'm actually working there? Will anyone have time for me ever?

Do you think they could be lying about the interviewer being AI, and that a real person is just using a filter to make her look like AI? Probably not, but that would make this whole thing less scary. The fact that an AI bot can actually see you and describe what you look like is a little bit frightening.

These robots feel entitled to be treated like they are humans, and it's ridiculous!
