My coworker (who DJs on the side) hosted a Halloween party last year where guests could only request a song if they successfully bobbed an apple. She did this thinking that nobody would bob for apples (because it's gross), and therefore she would get no song requests, but it was quite the opposite! She had to play so many horrible songs because adults at a Halloween party were so down to bob for apples.

A couple of years ago, I hosted a Halloween themed birthday party for myself, and I got so much candy corn that nobody ate. I tried to eat it over the course of the month, but one person just can't consume nearly a gallon of candy corn, even if they love candy corn and they try to consume as much as possible!

I am in such need of a new vintage autumnal sweater. It feels like it's been years since I have gotten my paws on one!

This is what my friend is paying for a one bedroom in Brooklyn, and it's around the same size as the pumpkin.

The last time I got pumpkins for Halloween, I didn't carve them, and it took so much longer for them to start looking like this. I don't think I had to toss the pumpkin that I painted in 2024 until December of that year!

The last time I went to a pumpkin patch, it made me understand why my parents wanted to buy pumpkins from the grocery store. Pumpkin patch pumpkins are so expensive!

When I was a kid, I was so scared of Nosferatu at the end of this SpongeBob episode that I would cover my eyes at the end of it every time I watched it. I loved SpongeBob so much that I wasn't going to skip even the scariest of episodes.
