For real, Andre was the least problematic in matters of the heart. Everybody was involved in a constant romantic drama: Beck and Jade did nothing but fight; Robbie was chasing Trina, then Cat, then who knows what other girl; Tori's ex got together with Cat, then went back and kissed Tori. Beck and Jade broke up, and he started pursuing Tori. Really, I could go on. The only time I remember Andre being involved in a romantic entanglement was that time when he got a weird crush on Jade. Mind you, he both liked her and was terrified of her, so in the end he got an artistic outlet for his feelings (which was way better than forcing him into a senseless love triangle, as some others would do).

Let me tell you, part of my love for musical theater was sparked by this show. I went to a regular high school, and our opportunities to express ourselves artistically were close to none. Still, some of my classmates and I managed to set up a few interesting presentations, but we sure never had to produce an entire play to pass the school year.
If I had to go back to high school (although I don't see a realm of possibility of that happening), I would definitely choose an art school. The chance to sing and dance my way through high school was always a dream of mine, and shows like this were the closest thing I had to the possibility of making that dream come true.
