Now, I've never seen a ghost myself, and I hope I never do. I'm definitely not cut out to have regular encounters with the paranormal. However, a friend of mine actually said he lived with a ghost in his apartment for a few months. He had moved into a new place, and people said the spirit of its previous owner was still there. He's a really skeptical person, so he never believed it until he started running into the ghost. He would see it in the hallways, getting in and out of rooms, but my friend refused to move out. One day, he had enough of this so-called ghost invading his home and decided to take matters into his own hands. He stepped in the center of the living room and said out loud: “Ghost, you have two options now: either you help me pay rent, or you leave me the heck alone.” Guess what? My friend never saw the ghost again. Even in the great beyond, people have issues with showing up unannounced and paying rent on time.

Again, never seen anything remotely similar to a UFO. I guess the uncanny just avoids me, and truly, it is for the best, not just because I don't deal well with it, but because I'm too obstinate and skeptical myself. Seriously, I would argue that a UFO is some kind of drone some kids are playing with to scare their neighbors, or that the ghost you saw in the mirror was just the angle and the reflection of light. It would take the fun out of the spooky. So I just stick to hearing everybody elses's stories, and it works wonders for me! Next time, we can do it all together in front of a fire while roasting marshmellows.
