Dude Takes Car to Get Serviced, Mechanic Finds Live Jack Rabbit In the Undercarriage

Most people feel a lot of anxiety when they bring their cars in to get worked on. It always seems like fixing one issue brings at least three more into light. Worst of all, the issues are rarely easy to fix and often cost way more money than you were ever prepared to spend. When Twitter user @MohamadZoror took his Hyundai in for new tires, he definitely wasn't expecting his mechanic to get in touch with a surprise. But it turns out that it wasn't another necessary fix that would cost hundreds. It was a jack rabbit.

The mechanic was actually reaching out to report that the tires were being replaced - but also to share that an employee, Giovanni, had found a jack rabbit in Zoror's undercarriage skid plate. And judging by the pic of Giovanni and the rabbit, the critter was pretty damn cuddly. The story went viral (pretty unsurprisingly) on Twitter, and left many users clamoring for more information.

Much to the disappointment of some of the tweet's followers, Zoror did not adopt the rabbit. Instead, he did the responsible thing, and set the rabbit free to live with others of his kind.

While now we know the story's happy ending, we're still enjoying the amused reactions the exchange inspired. If there's anything that the people of the internet love, it's a happy animal story. And this is a particularly good one. Here's to Mohamed Zoror, Giovanni, and, of course, the rabbit.
